Preparation for an update - collecting the customer configuration

Description:
To prepare for an update, SEAL Systems requires the customer configuration.

Solution:

Please request the current TKUP Tools Package from your SEAL contact.
Install the package as described here: Install/Uninstall a package via the Shell

Open a SEAL shell on the server where the current version is installed and create the customer.zip with:

    perl %PLSTOOLS%\prepare_dist_cust_conf.pl
This can be done while the server is active, this has no influence on the server.

You can find the created file under %PLSDATA%\tmp\customer\customer.zip and can copy it from there.
