Opening the SEAL Shell

Opening the SEAL Shell

Description:

How can I open a SEAL Shell?

Solution:

Open a SEAL Shell using the following alternatives:

  1.

    1. Double click the icon SEAL Shell.

    2. If the icon does not exist, create a link with the help of the command line:   cmd.exe /K %PLSROOT%\setenv.bat
Replace %PLSROOT% with the current SEAL installation directory

In a Unix system the SEAL Shell corresponds to the user login. The environment is set through the according login files (e.g. .cshrc).
