OpenSSL / libSSL encryption under Linux (FM * 2022)

To make updating your software easier for you, starting with SEAL Frozen Master * 2022 under Linux, OpenSSL / libSSL is not a part of the SEAL Software package anymore. From there on, the OpenSSL / libSSL of the operating system is used.
This way you do not have to update two different software packages anymore.
